DESCRIPTION
** DEPOSIT PAID ** 1995 Rover Mini Grand Prix Number 24 of 35 ever made. The mini Grand Prix is one of the rarest and most collectable Mini Coopers ever made. They were produced by John Cooper at his garage in Ferring and were all registered to John Cooper as the first owner. At the time the new price was £13495.00 making it very expensive and exclusive. They all had an 86 BHP tuned engine and a very special luxury interior with high quality leather seats which is extended to the door cards. Lovely walnut dash and door capping’s and alloy door furniture and John Cooper doorstep covers. The Motalita / John Cooper signed steering wheel adds to the sporty look and feel. It has its own unique numbered glove box plaque showing 24 / 35. The wheels are 5 by 12 Minilite’s on Yokohama A539 tyres with Gas adjustable shocks. The wheel arch extensions are standard to the GP cars as are the 4 spot lights. The Mini Grand Prix is the most exclusive of all the John Cooper Garages minis and they very rarely come to the market. This example has covered just 22530 miles in the last 27 years. It has been owned for the last 14 years by a retired Mini Specialist who has refurbished the underside and recommissioned the running gear making it fresh and ready for its new owner.
