One of the last 500 hundred Minis built to the original Sir Alec Issigonis design, with certificate of proof.
The car comes with the bespoke private number plate “S500 WKS”, perfectly describing the car. The original plate was Y202 SSO and was changed in January 2002.
First registered in March 2001, the car has 47,893 miles on the clock. The 90BHP S Works engine conversion was undertaken in August 2001 at the John Cooper Garage in West Sussex.
The current owner has owned the car since 2015 and it has been driven sparingly over the past 7 years, adding under 3,500 miles in that time.
The Mini has been serviced annually (regardless of miles driven) with no issues identified. The current MOT expires on 01 August 2023.
The vehicle has been stored in the garage when not in use and rarely driven it in wet conditions.
