1978 Austin Mini 1000 In rare Vermillion Orange. This lovely Mini has been enjoyed by just 4 owners in 44 years. The last owner has owned it for 15 years and his mother owned it for 9 years before him! It has covered just 33200 miles and has spent most of its life garaged and dry.
The body condition is excellent and it has had a new rear subframe in recent years. The cylinder head has been updated to an unleaded type so normal unleaded E5 petrol can be used with no additive.
The interior is all very nice and clean and original and in good condition. The brakes have been updated to Cooper S 7.5 inch disc brakes as well as Cooper S Minilite wheels on Yokohama A008 tyres. It has nice period number plates and the whole look and style of the mini is fantastic. It drives well and really turns heads.
